EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM
Mission Statement/Goal

Oregon Trail School District students, grades 3,5,8 and high school, studying Oregon History, Local Sandy History, Speech, Drama and related topics, and the Sandy Historical Society are encouraged to develop an interactive working relationship. This is to be an ongoing project between the OTSD and the SHS regardless of staff changes, graduation of students or time blocks of curriculum.

We will address the Social Sciences student accountability through "Content Standards for Benchmarks 1-2-3 for grades 3-5-8, and at the high school level in appropriate classes. This will be done by design and implementing strategies to analyze issues, explain perspectives, and resolve issues using the social sciences.
